A four-time All-Bluegrass Mountain selection, McGlaston helped the Generals secure top finishes at the NCAA Championships, including 14th as a sophomore and eighth as a junior and senior. His career included nine All-America citations, six of which were First Team honors.
At the 2008 NCAA Championships, McGlaston earned First Team All-America in the 50 free and contributed to record-setting performances in the 200 medley relay (1:33.36), 200 free relay (1:21.55), and 400 free relay (3:02.53) on the national stage.
