LEXINGTON, Va. – Senior
Thomas Feigin, junior

Connor Amorosi combined for 55 points to lead the Washington and Lee men's basketball team to a 73-60 victory over Bridgewater on Wednesday night.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
The Generals (6-12, 4-5 ODAC) opened with the hot hands, making six of their first eight shots in the opening six and a half minutes for a 13-6 lead, including eight points from Amorosi. Over the next seven minutes, W&L began to hit from outside, as it got five triples to fall on nine attempts to remain out in front, 28-18, with six minutes left in the half. Amorosi led the way with a pair of threes, plus one each from Feigin and first-years
Bryce Breeden and
Zack Duncan.
Leading by a 35-26 score at the start of the second half, the Generals went unfazed by the Eagles (8-11, 3-7 ODAC) making 7-of-10 shots to start the half, as threes continued to fall for the home side. Feigin nailed two in the opening eight minutes of the second, before junior
A.J. Thomas connected from deep at the 11:04 mark to keep W&L up by 10 points.
