KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) released its 2025-26 Honors Court and Team Academic Excellence Awards on Wednesday, and Washington and Lee earned the team award and had six players named to the Honors Court.

Dakota Gordon, Alex Fannéy and
Conor Roberton were the individual Generals recognized. Ryan is a repeat honoree, while Loughlin, Bhadouria, Gordon, Fannéy and Roberton each made the Honors Court for the first time. This also marks the seventh year in a row that W&L has earned the Team Academic Excellence Award.
The NABC Team Academic Excellence Awards recognize programs that completed the 2025-26 academic year with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher. The NABC Honors Court, meanwhile, includes junior, senior and graduate student men's basketball players who finished the 2025-26 year with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher. Over 2,300 players earned spots on the NABC Honors Court and over 400 programs received NABC Team Academic Excellence Awards for 2025-26.
The Generals finished the 2025-26 season with a 17-9 overall record, while going 9-7 in the ODAC, to claim the No. 6 seed for the conference playoffs. Ryan and rising junior
Connor Amorosi were named to All-ODAC teams, while rising sophomore
Addison Newkirk was voted ODAC Rookie of the Year.
