BY THE NUMBERS

• McKnight (5), Thomson (4), Bishop (3) and Timoney (2) registered a multi-goal game and McKnight matched her career-high five goals set last year in the upset win over Tufts. 
• The Generals outshot UMW 37-19 and put 28 attempts on target. 
• The Blue and White collected 10 of the game's 22 ground balls and won the battle on the draw circle 19-8. 
• The W&L defense limited UMW to 13 shots on goal and only gave up a pair of free position attempts. 

W&L LEADERS 

• Ten different players recorded points for W&L and there were nine different goal-scorers in today's win. 
• Bishop led the attack's efforts with three goals and assists each for six points. 
• Rovegno led on the circle with eight draw controls and caused one turnover with one ground ball.
• McKnight added six draws and two caused turnovers. 
• Senior Caroline Kranich made seven stops in the cage and the defense was a perfect 14-of-14 on clearing attempts. 

UMW LEADERS

• Katie Blair and Molly Daw led the Eagles offense with three points, each.
• Blair added three draw controls and three ground balls. 
• Senior goalkeeper Cailyn Tripp made seven stops in 45 minutes of action and Allison Carolan made one in the final quarter.
