NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. — Five Washington and Lee women's lacrosse student-athletes were named to the 2026 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Division III All-Chesapeake Region First Team, the organization announced Tuesday.

Betty Boatwright, senior goalkeeper
Iman Haddad, sophomore defender
Dagny Tombaugh and junior attacker
Hannah Van Son represented the Generals among the region's top honorees. All five are now eligible for IWLCA All-America recognition, with the Division III All-America teams set to be announced May 22.
Baki earned First Team honors after leading W&L with 50 goals and adding 10 assists for 60 points. She started all 19 games she played, finished with 113 shots, 87 shots on goal and four game-winning goals.
Van Son joined Baki on the First Team attack after totaling 45 goals, nine assists and 54 points across 20 starts. She also contributed 43 draw controls, 12 caused turnovers and four game-winning goals.
Boatwright earned First Team recognition in the midfield after posting 16 goals, three assists, 23 ground balls, 48 draw controls and 14 caused turnovers. The senior started all 20 games and was a key two-way presence for the Generals throughout the season.
Defensively, Tombaugh and Haddad helped anchor a W&L unit that limited opponents to 7.10 goals per game. Tombaugh started all 20 games and finished with 46 ground balls and 27 caused turnovers, while Haddad posted a 15-5 record, 7.86 goals-against average, 142 saves and a .509 save percentage in goal.
As a team, Washington and Lee finished 15-5 overall and 8-0 in ODAC play, claiming the program's 26th league trophy, totaling 273 goals and 113 assists while holding advantages over opponents in ground balls, caused turnovers, draw controls and clearing percentage.
