Schleusner is the first player in program history to be named Player of the Year by D3hoops.com while securing her third straight All-America honor from the organization. In addition, Schleusner was also named to the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Coaches All-America Team earlier this week.

This adds to a lengthy list of awards she has received this season, including Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Player and Defensive Player of the Year, First Team All-ODAC, D3hoops.com First Team All-Region, and Region 6 Player of the Year. She was also named a finalist for the Jostens Trophy. Schleusner led the Blue and White this season with 21.2 points per game and 17.0 rebounds while posting a team-high 66 blocks and 63 steals.
