LEXINGTON, Va. —Washington and Lee University men's and women's basketball will pair competition with community impact this winter, as the Generals' men's and women's programs host a series of themed home games designed to celebrate service, the W&L community, alumni, and student-athletes.
From Pride Night and Play 4 Kay to Student Section Appreciation and Senior Days, each home contest offers fans a unique way to engage with the W&L community while supporting meaningful causes and campus organizations. Throughout January and February, the Generals invite students, alumni, families, and fans to take part in nights that extend beyond the scoreboard.

Senior Day / Alumni Day
The first 150 W&L students in attendance at the Student Section Appreciation games on Jan. 24 and Jan. 28 will receive $15 Main Street Lexington gift certificates, generously donated by W&L Athletics alumni. Students are encouraged to arrive early.
Fans attending the Jan. 28 Sock Society Game are also invited to participate in a sock drive supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, as the student organization continues its mission to build awareness and community across campus.
