LEXINGTON, Va. – The No. 34 and top-seeded Washington and Lee women's tennis team earned a 4-0 win over eighth-seeded Randolph-Macon on Tuesday in the quarterfinal round of the 2025 ODAC Championship.

The Generals (15-5) did not surrender a single game in doubles, with wins coming at No. 3 then No. 2 to clinch the doubles point. Senior

W&L's singles points came from Nos. 4, 5 and 6, respectively, to close out the match. First-year
Sarah Donnelly picked up the first win at No. 4 6-0, 6-0 over Emma Turner, followed by a 6-1, 6-0 victory for Jennings at No. 5 over Brielle Baughman. Donovan then clinched the match 6-0, 6-0 against Layla Gaines at No. 6.

Allie Murrell led by a 5-0 score at No. 1 doubles and were closing in on a victory of their own in the sixth game when the doubles point was clinched. In singles, Murrell led Catherine Mowry 6-0, 3-2 at No. 2, junior
Lauren Long was up on Camilla Thurman 6-3, 1-0 at No. 1, and junior
Grace Lorenz was out in front of Meckenzie Letellier 6-1, 3-1.
