LEXINGTON, Va. – The 10th-ranked Washington and Lee women's tennis team collected a 7-0 win over Pfeiffer on Monday afternoon before heading into an extended break before their next match.

The Generals (4-1) dropped just one game before securing the doubles point, as senior
Meagan Donovan and first-year
Greer Webb won 6-1 at No. 3 and junior
Isabella Custard and first-year
Sarah Donnelly won 6-0 at No. 2. Junior
Annie Jennings and sophomore
Haley Stoltz wrapped up doubles with a 6-3 win at No. 1.

Riho Iijima (2) and Donovan (6) posted the largest singles wins of the day, as neither player surrendered a single game to their opponents. First-year
Greer Webb picked up a 6-1, 6-1 win over Fanny Apostolou at No. 4, while Jennings was a 6-3, 6-4 victor at No. 1. First-year
Jackie Daynovsky won at No. 3 by a 6-1, 7-6 (1) score, while junior
Jordan Kach wrapped up the sweep, 7-5, 6-0, at No. 5.

The Generals will be off from match play for two and a half weeks, before returning to action at No. 27 Mary Washington on March 14. W&L's next home match will be on March 27 against Sweet Briar.
