GREENWOOD, Ind. – The 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Teams were announced on Tuesday afternoon, and the Washington and Lee women's soccer team earned six citations.
The W&L honorees included seniors senior
Sarah Zimmerman, junior
Amelia Manke and sophomores
Maren Brown,
Kate McEnroe,
Elizabeth Zimmerman and
Megan Zimmerman. A 2024 CSC First Team Academic All-American, S. Zimmerman is now a three-time Academic All-District student. Manke is a repeat selection after earning her first last year, while Brown, McEnroe, E. Zimmerman and M. Zimmerman are all first-time honorees.
Formerly known as CoSIDA, the CSC Academic All-District program recognizes the nation's top student-athletes who excel both in the classroom and in competition. To qualify, nominees must have at least sophomore academic standing and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, while also being a starter (at least 67 percent of team games started) or key reserve (at least 90 percent of team games played).
All six of W&L's Academic All-District women's soccer players also each qualified to advance to the national ballot to be recognized as Academic All-Americans. The CSC Academic All-America teams will be announced on Wednesday, December 17. For more information, click
