LEXINGTON, Va. -- The top-seeded Washington and Lee men's tennis team posted a 6-0 victory over eighth-seeded Roanoke in the quarterfinals of the ODAC Tournament played at the W&L Upper Courts on Tuesday.
The Generals didn't drop a single game en route to sweeping the doubles points, and then took wins at Nos. 3-4 and No. 6 singles to close out the match.
Washington and Lee is now 13-7 overall and Roanoke ends its season at 7-12.
W&L will next face fourth-seeded Guilford in the semifinals on Saturday at 8:30 am at Virginia Wesleyan. The championship match will be played on Sunday at 10:00 am also at VWU.
