ASHLAND, Va. -- The Washington and Lee men's tennis team completed a perfect ODAC slate by producing an 8-1 win over Randolph-Macon on Saturday in Ashland.
The Generals moved to 31-3 all-time against the Yellow Jackets, sweeping the doubles points by dropping just four games. In singles action, R-MC was able to take a three-set victory at No. 1 singles, but the Blue & White cruised to wins in the other five singles matches to improve to 12-6 overall and a perfect 11-0 in ODAC play.
Randolph-Macon fell to 6-5 overall and in league play.
W&L will be the top seed for the ODAC Tournament and will play the eighth-seeded team on Tuesday at a time to be determined.
