HAMPDEN-SYDNEY, Va. -- The Washington and Lee men's tennis team won its fourth straight match, defeating Hampden-Sydney on the road by a score of 8-1 on Saturday.
W&L took two of the three doubles matches and won all six singles matches, taking five of them in straight sets.
The win was W&L's 14th straight over the Tigers and improved the Blue & White to 8-4 overall and 7-0 in the ODAC. H-SC fell to 5-9 overall and 4-1 in conference action.
Washington and Lee returns to the courts on Tuesday, hosting Ferrum for a 4:00 pm contest.
