SWARTHMORE, Pa. -- The Washington and Lee men's tennis team dropped a 6-3 road decision to 19th-ranked Swarthmore on Saturday afternoon.
The Garnet took two of the three doubles points and then clinched the match by sweeping Nos. 4-6 singles.
The loss dropped the Generals to 2-2 on the season. Swarthmore improved to 2-0 with the win.
Washington and Lee returns to action on Tuesday when it hosts Randolph College for a 2:00 pm contest.
