W&L Men's Tennis Downs Bridgewater, 7-2

BRIDGEWATER, Va. -- The Washington and Lee men's tennis team posted a 7-2 victory over Bridgewater College on Monday in Bridgewater, Va.

The Generals took all three doubles matches by the score of 8-5 for a 3-0 lead heading into singles. W&L then recorded straight set wins at Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 6 singles to come away with the win.

The Blue & White improved to 5-3 overall and 5-0 in the ODAC, while Bridgewater fell to 6-4 overall and 3-1 in conference play.

W&L returns to action on Wednesday when it hosts Roanoke for a 3:00 pm match.
