LEXINGTON, Va. -- The 33rd-ranked Washington and Lee men's tennis team cruised to a 9-0 victory over Bridgewater on Tuesday afternoon at the W&L Upper Courts.
The Generals swept the doubles competition and then took all six singles matches in straight sets to record the win.
W&L improved to 9-4 overall and 6-0 against ODAC opponents, while the Eagles dropped to 5-4 overall and 2-1 in conference play.
Washington and Lee returns to action on Thursday when it travels to Hampden-Sydney for a 3:00 pm match.
