W&L Men's Tennis Downed by Swarthmore, 7-2

LEXINGTON, Va. -- The Washington and Lee men's tennis team saw a six-match winning streak come to an end with a 7-2 loss to Swarthmore on Monday at the Duchossois Tennis Center.

The Generals took two of the three doubles matches, but the Garnet Tide emerged victorious in all six singles matches, including a pair of three-setters, to come away with the win.

W&L fell to 6-2 overall, while Swarthmore improved to 3-1.

Washington and Lee returns to action on Saturday when it takes on Randolph-Macon (10:00 AM) and Mary Washington (3:00 PM), both on the road.
