SEWANEE, Tenn. -- The Washington and Lee men's tennis team
breezed to a 7-2 victory over Sewanee on Wednesday afternoon in
Sewanee, Tenn.
Washington and Lee recorded wins in five of the singles singles
positions and two of the three doubles slots to win for the second
time in three matches during its spring break trip.
With the win, W&L improved to 12-7 overall, while Sewanee
dropped to 11-11 with the loss.
Washington and Lee will return to action on Friday in the
quarterfinals of the ODAC Tournament hosted by the Generals.
Second-seeded W&L will open with seventh-seeded Lynchburg at
2:00 pm.
