LEXINGTON, Va. – The sixth-ranked Washington and Lee
women's tennis team defeated Sweet Briar, 9-0, on Saturday
afternoon at the Duchossois Tennis Center.
With the win, Washington and Lee improved to 6-3 on the season,
including a 5-0 mark in the ODAC. Sweet Briar now owns a record of
3-2, going 0-2 in ODAC competition.
The Generals return to action next Saturday as they take on
Roanoke College and Lynchburg College.
