No. 9 Generals shut out Shenandoah, march into ODAC title match

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The ninth-ranked Washington and Lee women's tennis team made quick work of Shenandoah in Saturday's ODAC semifinals, defeating the Hornets 5-0 to advance to the championship match.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
Senior Izzy Koziol and first-year Haley Stoltz picked up the first team point of the match for the Generals (19-1), with an 8-0 shutout at No. 3. Senior Margaret Carlton and sophomore Grace Lorenz followed with an 8-2 win at No. 2, while senior Gabi Moss and sophomore Lauren Long turned in the same score at No. 1 as Carlton and Lorenz.
