LEXINGTON, Va. – The 21st-ranked Washington and Lee women's tennis team earned a pair of Old Dominion Athletic Conference victories over Randolph College and the University of Lynchburg on Wednesday afternoon.
The Generals (3-0, 3-0 ODAC) split the squad and half the team made the trip to Randolph (1-1, 0-1) and the remaining members took on Lynchburg (0-2, 0-1) on the home courts in Lexington.

Coming out of the doubles portion, the Blue and White led 3-0.
Senior
Marta Mikos (Willowbrook, Ill. / Hinsdale South) and junior
Izzy Koziol (Wilton, Conn. / Wilton) teamed up to win 8-0 over Ashley Hair and Alexa Hardesty.
Meagan Donovan (Jacksonville, Fla. / The Bolles School) and first-year
Jordan Kach (Warrenton, Va. / Seton School) swept their doubles competition as well. The pairs played at the No. 2 and No. 3 matches, respectively.
Court one followed up with an 8-1 win for senior
Becket Waters (Raleigh, N.C. / Needham B. Broughton) and partner
Riho Iijima (Portland, Ore. / Westview) in their first career pairing.
Koziol (No. 2), Kach (No.5) and senior
Gracie Caplice (Richmond, Va. / St. Catherine's School) (No.6) swept their singles matches.
The remaining matchups dropped just a combine seven games to complete the 9-0 shutout.
Playing in the number one slot, junior
Gabi Moss (Scottsdale, Ariz. / Chaparral) defeated Elizabeth Teefey 6-1, 6-0. Iijima took the third pairing and Waters won in the fours.

In Hill City, W&L dropped just one game in doubles pairings.
Junior
Margaret Carlton (Matthews, N.C. / Charlotte Christian) and first-year
Lauren Long (Carmel, Ind. / Park Tudor) teamed up for the No. 1 doubles team and defeated Valentina Santos and Sabrina Dickerson, 8-0.
Grace Lorenz (Oklahoma City, Okla. / Epic Charter Schools) and
Kaitlyn Chalker (Kennesaw, Ga. / Rivers Academy) took the No. 2 doubles and first-years
Karolina Moss (Scottsdale, Ariz. / Chaparral) and
Isabella Custard (Dallas, Texas / Episcopal School of Dallas) swept doubles with an 8-0 win on court three.
Entering into singles play with a 3-0 lead, the Generals swept the remaining six matches and conceded just three games in the process.
Long took the ones match with a 6-1, 6-0 score sheet.
Carlton and Custard, playing as the three and six, respectively, swept their WildCat partners 6-0, 6-0.
At No. 4, Chalker and No. 5
Karolina Moss, took their matches 6-0, 6-1.
Lorenz was winning 3-0 in the first set before Sabrina Dickerson retired due to an injury on court two.
The women will travel to Fredericksburg, Va. this weekend to compete in the ITA Southeast Regional Championships hosted by the University of Mary Washington.
