Box Score LEXINGTON, Va. -- The No. 23 Washington and Lee women's tennis team competed in its first dual match of the 2019-20 season, and defeated Emory & Henry by a 9-0 score.
The Generals won all three doubles matches by a combined 24-2 margin, including two 8-0 wins. In singles, four players won, 6-0, 6-0, and all six players won in straight sets.
This completes the Generals' fall portion of the 2019-20 schedule. They will return to action on February 9 when they travel to Christopher Newport for a 10:00 am match.
