Keaton Rush Outdoor Scholar Athlete of the Year

Rush Highlights Six All-ODAC Citations

FOREST, Va. - Senior Keaton Rush of the Washington and Lee University men's track and field team was named the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Scholar-Athlete of the Year for the third time this season while the Blue and White garnered six All-ODAC citations.

Rush secured the season sweep of the ODAC/Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Scholar-Athlete of the Award as he was the recipient during the cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field seasons. Rush is a double major in Accounting and Economics and is now a two-time ODAC Scholar-Athlete of the Year for track and field to bring his total to five including back-to-back cross country awards in the fall of  2024 and 2025. He is also a CSC Academic All-District honoree, a multiple-time W&L Scholar-Athlete, serves as a Group Head for the Williams Investment Society and was the Treasurer of the Executive Committee in 2024-25.

In addition, the Blue and White had two champions at this year's outdoor championship as George Mann won the javelin and Macky Gartley secured gold in the 110m hurdles while having six All-ODAC performers.
