LA CROSSE, Wis - Senior Keaton Rush and sophomore Sam Daunt concluded the 2026 campaign on Saturday in the 5,000m at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field National Championship.

Rush and Daunt became the first duo in program history to run in the same race at the National Championship, both competing in the 5,000m. Rush ranked 19th in the 5k field while Daunt held the 22nd fastest time after joining the field due to a medical scratch. Rush turned in an 18th place finish, crossing the finish line in a time of 14:45.74 in his second race of the weekend while Daunt finished two spots behind him in 20th with a time of 15:02.11 in his NCAA debut.
