NEW ORLEANS, La. - The Washington and Lee University men's track and field team earned seven U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) selections.

Keaton Rush led the group with a pair of All-Region citations in the 5,000m and 10,000m. Rush topped the South Region in the 10k with a time of 29:37.51, ranking seventh in Division III. He also recorded the second-fastest 5k time in the region, clocking in at 14:23.18 to secure his second All-Region honor of the season. These achievements mark the fifth All-Region citation of his career, all earned in just his second season with the Blue and White.

Seniors George Marable and Ryan McKenna also earned regional recognition in the 400m hurdles, posting two of the top-three times in the South Region. Marable recorded the second-fastest time of the season—53.64 seconds—at the Widener Final Qualifier. McKenna followed closely in third, clocking in at 54.27 seconds at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational.

Three field athletes from the Blue and White collected All-Region honors: Brandon Makowski, Evan Langhammer, and Leo Avigliano. Makowski ranked fourth in the region in the javelin with a mark of 51.13m (167'-09.00"), a performance that secured him an ODAC title in the event.

Langhammer earned his fifth career All-Region citation after leading the South Region in the pole vault with a mark of 5.03m (16'-06.00"). This effort improved his own No. 2 all-time program record and ranked him ninth nationally in Division III, earning him a berth to the National Championships. He set this mark at the ODAC Championships, where he won his sixth conference title and set a new meet record in the event.

Avigliano rounded out the All-Region selections with his first career citation. He posted the second-best mark in the South Region in the discus at the ODAC Championships, where he reset both the program and meet records with a toss of 48.93m (160'-06.00") to claim his first conference title.
