W&L Men Hold Second Place After Day Two at Randolph-Macon Invitational

HAMPTON, Va. — The Washington and Lee University men's swimming team maintained its position in second place after the second day of competition at the Randolph-Macon Yellow Jackets Invitational, bringing its total to 554 points.

The Generals trail Salisbury (1,015) and remain ahead of Catholic (500.5) entering the final day of action.

W&L opened the evening with a podium finish in the 200 medley relay and added multiple top-three swims across the finals session. Senior Dalton Jobe highlighted the night with an individual event title in the 200 freestyle, while senior Charles Byars and junior Zane Ross each delivered championship-final performances to keep the Generals solidly in second.
