HAMPTON, Va. — The Washington and Lee University women's swimming team maintained its hold on second place through the second day of competition at the Randolph-Macon Yellow Jacket Invitational on Saturday evening at the Hampton Aquaplex.
The Generals have 777 team points, trailing only Salisbury, which leads the meet with 896 points.
W&L continued to post strong individual and relay efforts in the evening finals, highlighted by a win from
Maria Jellig in the 400-yard individual medley and multiple podium finishes from across the lineup.
