Julia McDonald, who tallied five saves on the afternoon. Lynchburg (12–4, 5–1 ODAC) cut the deficit to 2–1 late in the third quarter on a goal from Danielle Coon, assisted by Maddie Schuchter, but the Generals' defense held firm the rest of the way to secure the win.
