I'm extremely grateful to compete on the biggest DIII stage there is in front of my family and friends, while working with the best DIII coaching staff and team I could imagine. Coach Shearer and Coach Radsky have done more for me than I could thank them for and my family has given me their unconditional support ever since I started this journey 17 years ago. I'm excited for all the work we've put in come to fruition this weekend and to leave everything I have out on the mat one more time.

Being able to compete in the national tournament in Roanoke is awesome. Not only does it help to be familiar with the facility, but it allows for teammates, family, and friends to come support us.

Having our W&L family there this weekend means a lot because one of the main themes of my season has been not having to do it all alone; I am surrounded by one of the best teams in W&L wrestling history, the best training partners and coaches. They have done so much to help me prepare to achieve my goals and enjoy the journey. I step into the wrestling room with a smile on my face each day and I think it's been a big part of our success in recent years.

It feels great to accomplish one of my goals of being able to compete at the national tournament this year but I'm even more excited to get out there and compete for a place on the podium.
Sophomore Harrison Kelly

My success this year is a product of the love and care shown for me by both Coach Radsky and Coach Shearer since I arrived on campus four years ago. Without the support of them, my teammates, parents, girlfriend and advisors, I wouldn’t be headed to Roanoke this weekend. I’m pumped to hit the mats and give back to everyone who’s helped me get here.
