LEWISBURG, Pa. – Junior
Connor Verrett (Cockeysville, Md. / Loyola Blakefield) and sophomore
Josh Fingerhut (Havertown, Pa. / Haverford Township) both posted personal-bests in the 5,000m at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic on Friday night.
Highlights from the meet:
-Fingerhut posted a time of 14:50.22, which surpassed his previous personal best of 14:56.86 set last season. His effort also marks the third-fastest outdoor time for the 5,000m in program history.
-Verrett crossed the finish line in a personal-best time of 15:14.07, besting his effort of 15:28.19 which he also set a season ago.
