Sophomore outside hitter Sydney Heifner (Nashville, Tenn./Harpeth Hall) then started a 6-1 spurt with a kill to push W&L in front, 16-11. Roanoke tallied the next two points, but then a 5-0 run by the home team put the set out of reach, as the Generals closed out the contest, 25-17, in the third.
