LEXINGTON, Va. -- The Washington and Lee volleyball team followed up a 3-0 win over Mary Baldwin in its season-opener with a 15-10, 7-15, 15-7, 15-10 win over Catholic (4-3) to advance to the semifinals of the W&L Invitational.

The Generals were paced by senior outside hitter Nancy Reinhart (Louisville, Ky./Sacred Heart), who tallied 10 kills and 19 digs. Sophomore middle blocker Lindsay Ruckert (Metairie, La./Sacred Heart) totaled 19 kills and six digs, while sophomore outside hitter Lee Charbonnet (New Orleans, La./Benjamin Franklin) amassed 10 kills and 11 digs.

W&L (2-0) will face North Carolina Wesleyan in the first semifinal game on Saturday morning at 9:30 am. Listed below are the results from day one of the tournament.
