2014:

2013: Missed her entire sophomore season due to injury.

2012: In her first year, Kamis played in 26 matches and 74 sets for the Generals ... notched 79 kills, 15 digs, four assists, four service aces and six blocks ... had a hitting percentage of .236 ... totaled a season-high 10 kills in a victory over Mary Baldwin (9/22) ... recorded a season-best three digs at Roanoke (10/19).

High School: Lettered four times in volleyball ... captain of the team in 2011 ... named to the AAA Cedar Run All-District First Team and the AAA Northwest All-Region Second Team during 20-2011 season ... earned her team''s coach''s award in 2011 ... Heritage was the 2010-11 AAA Cedar Run District Champions and the Northwest Region Champions.
