Biography

Tessa Hill 2018-19: Three-year letterwinner for the Generals.

2017-18: Did not compete due to injury.

2016-17: Earned All-America honors in doubles with partner Brooke Donnelly … also garnered First Team All-State honors in doubles after recording a 17-8 mark … went 14-5 at No. 1 doubles with Donnelly … finished 15-6 overall in singles play.

2015-16: Earned ODAC Rookie of the Year and First Team All-ODAC honors at No. 1 doubles and No. 2 singles … finished 20-6 overall and 6-0 in ODAC singles play … went 24-7 overall in doubles play and 7-0 mark in ODAC doubles play … was also an NCAA Doubles Championship qualifier with partner Brooke Donnelly … also garnered VaSID First Team All-State.

High School: Earned three varsity letters in tennis while attending Jackson High School … was named Stark County Player of the Year and Federal League Player of the Year three times … three-time First Team All-Stark County and First Team All- Federal League honoree … was also named First Team All-Ohio twice … also a member of the National Honor Society and National Spanish Honor Society … AP Scholar.

Personal: W&L Scholar-Athlete … member of the Generals Leadership Academy, the Pre-Dental Club and Phi Eta Sigma … biochemistry major.
