Tiffany Pins was named the third head coach in Washington and Lee Women's Soccer history on June 1, 2022.
In three seasons since taking over the reins, Pins has led the Generals to an overall record of 47-8-10, an ODAC record of 25-1-4, two ODAC championship appearances and the 2024 conference title. Pins has also guided the Generals back to the national conversation, with three NCAA Tournament appearances, including a Round of 16 berth in 2024, while breaking into the United Soccer Coaches Top 25 poll each season, with a high-ranking of No. 9 in the October 29, 2024 poll.
Her time leading the Generals has been highlighted by a 20-2-1 2024 campaign, that saw the team break the program record for wins in season, as well as a new longest unbeaten streak record (21). In 2024, the Generals finished with the second-best goals-against average in Division III (.261) and tied for the most shutouts. This included a stretch of 14 straight clean sheets and 1,389:51 consecutive shutout minutes.
