Nemanja Cetic begins his sixth season as a volunteer assistant coach at W&L during the 2021 season.

In Cetic's fourth season on the staff, the Generals went 17-3-3 overall and won their second straight ODAC title, before advancing to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Division III Tournament. With Cetic's assistance, the coaching staff earned the 2019 United Soccer Coaches Regional Coaching Staff of the Year award for the second time in the last three seasons. Oliver Dolberg '20 earned D3soccer.com Third Team All-America honors, while four players were named all-region and eight players secured All-ODAC accolades.

During the 2018 season, Cetic helped the Generals to a 14-3-2 overall record, a 15-game unbeaten streak, the 2018 ODAC title and fourth consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance. A program-record eight players were named to the All-ODAC teams, including ODAC Player of the Year Dylan Ritch '19 and ODAC Rookie of the Year Jack Rawlins '22. Ritch also earned D3soccer.com First Team All-America honors. 

In 2017 Cetic helped Generals win 15 games, progress to the third round of the NCAA Division III Championship and reach ODAC Tournament finals. Six players received All-ODAC honors and junior midfielder Will Hamryka '19 was named the first United Soccer Coaches Academic All-American in program history, earning second team honors. The W&L coaching staff was recognized as the United Soccer Coaches South Atlantic Regional Staff of the Year. 

In Cetic’s first season the Generals recorded a 15-5-2 overall record and advanced to the second round of NCAA soccer tournament. W&L placed seven players on All-ODAC teams, including ODAC Player of the Year accolades to Ritch. W&L finished the season 24th in the NSCAA poll and was ranked as high as fifth nationally. 

Cetic currently holds United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma and USSF “C” License, and earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Virginia.
