    Volunteer Men's Soccer Assistant Coach
Gordon Meeker will be entering his fifth season as a Volunteer Assistant Coach with the W&L Men’s Soccer program for the 2025 season. A proud alumnus, Meeker is grateful for the opportunity to give back to the program and alma mater that have played such a meaningful role in his life.

During his four seasons on staff, the Generals have compiled an overall record of 62-13-18 (.763) and a dominant ODAC mark of 29-2-8 (.846), capturing conference championships in both 2022 and 2024.

Meeker is proud to have been part of the program’s rise to national prominence, including its first-ever trip to the NCAA national semifinals in 2021. The team advanced to the Round of 16 in 2022, followed by consecutive appearances in the NCAA Final Four in 2023 and 2024.

A 1998 graduate of Washington and Lee, Meeker earned his B.A. in English Literature. As a four-year member of the men’s soccer team, he recorded 17 assists and 10 goals for a total of 37 points. His 17 career assists remain tied for eighth-most in program history.
