Webb is in his third season as an assistant coach at Washingtonand Lee. The team is 27-27 in his first two years and has made theODAC Quarterfinals each season.

Webb joined the W&L basketball staff after spending the2009-10 season as an assistant coach at Washington College inMaryland. In his one season with the Shoremen, he helpedguide them to a 13-10 record, Washington’s first winningseason in nine years. He also helped WAC to the conferencetournament semifinals for the first time in four years and helpedtwo players earn all-conference accolades.

Webb has also spent time as an assistant basketball coach atAlfred University (2008-09) and Wesley College (2006-08), where heearned a master of business administration (2008).

He is a 2006 graduate of Washington College with a bachelor ofarts in business administration. While at WAC, Webb was a four-yearstarter, a three-time All-Centennial Conference selection and atwo-time Team MVP. He remains the school’s fourth all-timeleading scorer with 1,571 points.
