Isaac Hibbard is in his first season as the Assistant Men's Basketball Coach for the 2024-25 season.

Hibbard joins the Generals' coaching staff after serving the past two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Purdue University-Fort Wayne. With his help, the Mastodons' men's basketball program achieved a 40-28 overall record, two Horizon League Tournament appearances and a berth into the 2023-24 CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament. In addition to coaching and recruiting duties, Hibbard was also responsible for producing content for the program's social media platforms, and he served as an academic coach for the team's student-athletes.
 
Hibbard earned his Master of Science degree in organizational leadership from Purdue-Fort Wayne following a standout playing career at Hanover College. A graduate with a B.A. in economics, Hibbard starred on the Panthers' men's basketball team where he finished as the program's all-time assist leader (392) and scored 1,257 points. Hibbard earned three Second Team All-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) citations, was the 2021-22 Team MVP and helped the team win the 2018 and 2019 conference regular season and tournament championships.
 
Hibbard's coaching experience includes serving as an assistant coach for the Franklin Central High School varsity team (2021) and as a Competitive Greatness Skill Development Summer Intern (2020) during his time at Hanover.
