Vaughn Johnson joined the Generals coaching staff in 2020 as a linebackers and special teams coach and was elevated to defensive coordinator prior to the 2022 season. Ahead of the 2024 season, Johnson was promoted to Associate Head Coach.

  • Led the conference in sacks with 33, ranked second in the ODAC in scoring defense (20.5 ppg), rushing defense (98.8 ypg), and fumbles forced (10).
