Mat Rapoza ’03 joined the Generals coaching staff in August prior to the 2022 season to assists with the offensive line development and schemes. Rapoza was elevated to the Offensive Coordinator prior to the 2024 season.

  • Offense ranked 4th in Division III in rushing offense (293.5 ypg) in 2024
  • W&L ranked 11th in the country in 4th down conversion percentage, 21st in sacks allowed and 77th in total offense in 2024.
  • Offense led the ODAC in rushing yards per game (273.2 ypg) in 2022
