2016: Second-year member of the team ... will look to gain additional playing time with the defensive line during his sophomore season.

2015: Played in nine games during his rookie season ... made one tackle and blocked one punt ... posted his tackle in a 63-35 win over Averett (9/4) in the season-opener and blocked a punt in a 34-21 win over Shenandoah (11/14) in the regular-season finale.

High School: Played three seasons of varsity football and wrestled with the varsity for three years at Paul D. Schreiber High School ... served as a captain for both sports as a senior ... earned all-conference honors in wrestling as a junior and senior ... named a scholar-athlete for both sports.

Personal: Member of the fly fishing and boxing clubs at W&L ... undeclared major.
