Washington and Lee University

Noelani Schulmeyer is in her first season as an assistant coach for the Washington and Lee field hockey team. 

A 2017 graduate of Washington and Lee, Schulmeyer spent the fall of 2018 as a field hockey coach with the Harvard-Westlake School in Los Angeles, California. In her role, she assisted with program tryouts and helped organize practices. Immediately following her graduation from W&L, Schulmeyer worked in the film industry in Los Angeles. 

Schulmeyer was a four-year letterwinner for the Generals, earning a bachelor of arts in English. For the Blue and White, she was the ODAC Rookie of the Year in 2013 and a Third Team All-ODAC selection in 2016. She also served as a captain for two seasons (2015 and 2016). The Generals improved from a 5-15 in her first season to 13-7 during her senior campaign, and the team advanced to the ODAC Championship game in each of her final two years.
