Biography

2020: Three-year letterwinner for the Generals … will serve as a team captain as a senior … projects to be the starting right fielder.
 
2019: Named Third Team All-ODAC and was a CoSIDA/Google Cloud Academic All-District selection … started all 34 games in right field as a junior … led the team and ranked ninth in the ODAC with a career-high .367 batting average … also led the team in RBI (28), hits (51), slugging percentage (.482) and OPS (.898) … was second on the team in on-base percentage at .416 … did not commit an error in 92 chances … had five outfield assists … opened the season on a 14-game hitting streak … two additional hitting streaks of eight games … recorded at least one hit in 31 games, including 15 multi-hit games and four games with three or more hits … 14 extra-base hits (13 doubles, one home run) … career-high four hits at Emory & Henry (4/21) … went 3-for-4 with two doubles, two runs, a stolen base and a career-high five RBI in an 8-6 win over Southern Virginia (2/14) … drove in four more runs in the next game at Pfeiffer (2/16), including a three-run home run … W&L Scholar Athlete for both the Fall and Winter terms … named to the ODAC All-Academic team.
 
2018: Finished his sophomore season with 28 hits in 128 at-bats (.219) after appearing in 35 games … had six extra-base hits, including five doubles and a triple … drove in nine runs and scored 15 times … successful on both stolen base attempts … posted a .342 on-base percentage … recorded a hit in 21 games, with seven multi-hit games, and tallied a season-long seven-game hitting streak (2/28 – 3/10) … drew at least one walk in 17 games, including three games with multiple free passes … 2017-18 ODAC All-Academic selection.
 
2017: Appeared in 42 games for W&L, which is tied for the most played in a single season in program history ... had a .294 batting average with 48 hits in 163 at bats ... the 163 at bats are the second-most in a single season in W&L history ... he totaled a team-best 39 RBI, which is the sixth-highest total in a single season in the history of the program and the second-most by a first year ... also had 11 doubles, one home run, 35 runs, 24 walks and five steals ... notched a .380 on-base percentage and a .380 slugging percentage ... registered 11 multi-hit games and had at least two RBI in 15 games ... went 3-for-4 with a double, three RBI and a run scored in a 13-4 victory at Guilford (4/15) ... was 3-for-6 with his first collegiate home run in an 8-6 win at Emory & Henry (4/19) ... went 4-of-4 with two RBI and two runs in a 10-6 victory over Penn State-Harrisburg (3/4).
 
High School: Lettered three times in baseball at Wakeland High School ... named first team all-district in 2016 and second team all-district in 2015 ... his team won the 2015 Texas Regional Finals.
 
Off the field: Played for the Great Bend Bat Cats in the Sunflower Collegiate League (Kan.) … economics and geology double-major.
