Biography

2014: A two-year letterwinner ... will competefor the starting spot at second base.

2013: Appeared in 22 games with 76 plateappearances ... batted .222 with a .300 on-base percentage ...recorded 14 runs, four doubles, six RBI and five steals ... notcheda season-high two RBI in an 11-10 loss to Hampden-Sydney (4/13) ...went 3-for-4 with three runs scored in a 21-5 victory at Emory& Henry (3/30).

2012: Played in 23 games in his first seasonwith 61 at-bats ... hit .213 with a .284 on-base percentage ...totaled three RBI on two hits in a 15-3 win over Emory & Henry(3/4) ... recorded one double, one triple, eight RBIs and fourstolen bases on the year.

High School: Earned a pair of letters inbaseball at South Forsyth … also lettered twice inbasketball … helped lead the baseball team to a regionalchampionship as a senior … earned the coaches award inbasketball as a senior.

Off the Field: Uncle, Todd Holstein, playedbasketball at The Citadel … a business administration andaccounting major.
