Biography

2015: A three-year letterwinner and a captainthis season ... looks to come back from injury and provide depth tothe pitching staff. 

2014: Pitched in two games before suffering aseason-ending injury ... earned a save by pitching 2.0 shutoutinnings in a 7-4 win at Greensboro (2/9).

2013: In his second season, Hedberg appeared in14 games with three starts ... threw 31.1 innings with an 8.33 ERA... struck out 20 batters, while only issuing six walks ...finished the season 1-4 ... earned the win in a 9-4 victory againstVirginia Wesleyan (4/20) ... pitched 2.0 innings and gave up twoearned runs in the contest ... struck out three batters againstSouthern Virginia (2/27) and at Shenandoah (4/16). 

2012: Appeared in eight games, including threestarts, in his first season with the Generals ... pitched 21.0innings with a 2.57 ERA ... earned his first career victory againstFerrum (4/3), after throwing 4.0 innings and giving up one earnedrun ... struck out four batters in six innings, while allowing twounearned runs against Maine-Presque Isle (2/25).

High School:  Four-year letterwinner inbaseball and one-time letterwinner in basketball at Myers Park… helped lead the baseball team to a conference championship… named team MVP and the pitcher of the year.
 
Off the Field: Is an Eagle Scout …business administration major.
