2010: Lettered in his sophomore campaign … made eight appearances (7 starts) on the mound, posting a 1-4 record with a 4.58 ERA … logged 39.1 innings, surrendering 46 hits and 13 walks while striking out 21 … started and earned the win in an 11-4 victory over Greensboro (3/11), allowing two runs (1 earned) on five hits and three walks with a pair of strikeouts in 6.0 innings.
2009: Lettered as a rookie … posted a 2-1 record in five relief appearances … allowed eight earned runs in 12.2 innings of work with 10 strikeouts and just two walks.
High School: Earned three letters in baseball and one each in basketball and football at Langley … two-time all-district honoree in baseball.
Off the field: Cousin, Ralph Kennickel, played baseball at Georgia and Wofford … accounting and business administration major.
