7/9/2026 8:00:00 AM

LEXINGTON, Va. — Seven Washington and Lee University swimming student-athletes earned College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America honors for the 2025-26 season, the organization announced this week. The Generals were represented by six First Team Scholar All-Americans and one Second Team selection.

First Team Scholar All-America honorees must earn a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.50 and compete at the NCAA Division III Championships. Second Team selections also must maintain a 3.50 GPA while achieving an NCAA "B" qualifying standard.

The individual honors add to another outstanding academic season for the Generals' swimming programs. The CSCAA also recognized both Washington and Lee teams as Scholar All-America Teams after they posted spring semester GPAs well above the organization's 3.00 standard. The men's team recorded a 3.73 GPA, while the women's team posted a 3.67 GPA.

More than 2,230 swimmers and divers nationwide earned CSCAA Scholar All-America recognition for the 2025-26 season. The complete list of honorees is available at CSCAA.org.
