Hedgemon Reset Program Record, Improves National Mark at South Region Final Qualifier

WINCHESTER, Va. - Senior Bailey Hedgemon of the Washington and Lee University women's track and field team reset her own program record and moved up in the national rankings at the South Region Final Qualifier on Saturday morning.

Hedgemon turned in a first place finish after recording a personal best toss of 17.37m (56'-11.75") which moved her up to No. 11 in the indoor national rankings ahead of the National Championship on Mar. 13-14.

The selections for the NCAA Indoor National Championships will be announced tomorrow evening by 7 p.m.
