WINCHESTER, Va. — The Washington and Lee University wrestling team crowned five individual champions and placed eight wrestlers on the podium at the 2026 Old Dominion Athletic Conference Individual Championships on Saturday. The Generals finished second in the team scoring with 131.5 points in the individual-based tournament standings.
Champions Vincent Ziccardi (133), Skyler Hickman (141), Evan Lindner (149), Liam Flanagan (157) and Carter Stack (285) each earned ODAC titles and First-Team All-ODAC honors with undefeated runs through their brackets. W&L also produced three runner-up finishes, as Mark Troni (165), Jacob Wright (174) and John Santowski (197) secured Second-Team All-ODAC recognition.
Sophomore Sam Tignor won his 184 quarterfinal match before having to bow out of the semifinals due to injury.
